Master Ray tailors the program to the students that are in the class.  From beginner to advanced, a good workout is what you will receive each and every time, accompanied by learning proper self defense techniques.  Incorporating proper punching, kicking, and blocking techniques makes every class fun and interesting.

The class is meant to be fun and challenging but flexible enough for a beginner or an advanced student.  It is not an intimidating environment and you get to meet other students with a shared interest.
